Our tumbling program teaches athletes essential floor skills, from basic movements like rolls and cartwheels to advanced skills and connected passes. Classes focus on proper technique, strength, flexibility, and control, allowing each athlete to progress at their own pace while gaining confidence and enjoying the process.

Recreational Class Options

Ages 5+

Perfect for beginners, Level 1 focuses on building a strong foundation in tumbling technique. Athletes work on skills such as forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, and back/front walkovers while improving strength, flexibility, and body control.

Ages 5+

For athletes ready to take the next step, Level 2 introduces more advanced skills like back handsprings, multiple walkovers, and connection passes. Emphasis is placed on proper form, power, and connecting skills for fluid movement.

Ages 5+

Level 3 challenges athletes with skills such as series back handsprings, back tucks, and specialty passes. This class focuses on strength, technique refinement, and confidence-building to prepare athletes for higher-level tumbling and performance.
