Our gymnastics program offers athletes the chance to build strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while learning skills on a variety of apparatus. From balance beam and bars to vault and floor, athletes are guided through age-appropriate progressions in a safe, encouraging environment. Classes focus on proper technique, skill development, and having fun, ensuring every participant can grow at their own pace and celebrate their achievements along the way.

Come join the fun in our Parent & Toddler Gymnastics class—where little ones ages 18 months to 3 years can move, explore, and play alongside their favorite grown-up. Together, you’ll enjoy a mix of crawling, rolling, bouncing, and balancing on soft mats, mini trampolines, and other toddler-friendly equipment.

Each class is filled with playful, age-appropriate activities designed to boost motor skills, coordination, balance, and strength, all while encouraging social interaction and confidence. With songs, games, and colorful props to keep things exciting, your toddler will be smiling from start to finish. It’s the perfect way to bond, burn energy, and watch your child’s skills and confidence grow in a safe, encouraging environment.

Our Preschool Gymnastics class introduces children ages 3–5 to the exciting world of movement and skill-building in a playful, engaging way. Each class blends fun activities with skill development, helping little ones improve strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility while learning basic gymnastics moves like forward rolls, beam walks, jumps, and bar swings.

With games, songs, and creative challenges, kids practice listening skills, following directions, and working together—all in a safe and encouraging setting. Every session is full of energy, laughter, and the joy of discovery, giving preschoolers the confidence and foundation they need to grow both on and off the mat.

Ages 5-12

Our Recreational Gymnastics program gives kids the perfect mix of fun, fitness, and skill-building. Whether they’re brand new to the sport or looking to refine their technique, athletes develop strength, flexibility, and confidence in a safe, encouraging environment. Each class includes training in tumbling fundamentals, balance beam techniques, bars and vault drills, and overall strength, coordination, and body control. With age-appropriate instruction and progressive challenges, every child can progress at their own pace while celebrating each accomplishment along the way.

Ages 5-12

Our Level 2 Recreational Gymnastics class is for athletes who have mastered the basics and are ready to take on more challenging skills. Building on a strong foundation of strength, flexibility, and body control, this class introduces advanced tumbling progressions, beam confidence, bar strength, and vault shaping. Athletes will work on handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, bridge kickovers, and begin learning back walkovers and connected skills—all with a continued focus on safety, form, and body awareness.

To join Level 2, athletes should have a strong cartwheel and handstand on both feet, be able to hold a bridge and attempt a controlled kickover, and receive a coach recommendation or evaluation to ensure readiness for this level.
